Uhhh...What Happened?


I got back on track this week, and really worked hard at eating right.  I started drinking the shakes, and having my snacks like I'm supposed to.  I ate sensibly the rest of time, and even got back on the treadmill.

So what happened?  I only lost a half pound.  :(  It almost makes me want to go eat a big ol' bowl of Blue Bell Ice Cream.  But I didn't do it...yet.  I'm going to keep at it, and hope the weight loss starts again.
